Stair Disclosure: Steep ship’s ladder access to loft bedroom. Not recommended for toddlers, small children, elderly, or those with mobility concerns. By using the ship’s ladder, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and that of their party. This ladder is not childproof. Children must be supervised at all times. Neighborhood: These homes are located in a quiet, mixed residential neighborhood with a blend of middle-class and prefabricated homes. It’s a safe, low-traffic part of town, just minutes from downtown Helena and trail access — while not the prettiest neighborhood; it is ideal for guests seeking both comfort and convenience. The property sits one block off a slow-speed highway, so you may hear occasional road noise, mostly in the front-facing rooms. The back bedroom is very quiet and well-suited for light sleepers. Each home is a duplex with long-term residents in the lower units. The units are professionally sound-insulated, but some light noise may still be heard from time to time. Two of the residents are also members of our staff, and all tenants are asked to be quiet and respectful.
